Dashboard rubber bushings

Dashboard rubber bushings
I need to replace the bushings that hold the dash plate with gauges,at the top.Has anyone found any?Any ideas?How have you secured the dash plate,not using rubber bushings.Any info would be appreciated.

Steele Rubber may have something that will work. Dave Kruse use to have some of these in reproduction but I think he is no longer in business ... but you might find some on ebay from time to time.
