Door Latch Rebuild

Post by tommykayforrest » Mon Jun 22nd, 2009 5:22

I have the new springs for my door latch, but have no idea of how to install. Do you know of a tutorial or service procedure for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tommy

I would think that the service manual would be your best bet. There may also be a "Service Bulletin" available for Mopar doors as well. Paul may have one posted here already. If not, check the "Chrysler Imperial" site ... they have a bunch of them scanned and on-line.

Try the Body Fitment service book: http://www.49plymouth.com/forum/downloa ... php?id=901

Seems to me that there is a lack of information about the door handles and latches.
.

Good going in your Plymouth! :driving:
