Oil gauge hose

Without the engine all you have is an expensive piece of furniture.

Oil gauge hose

Post by bmw2002e3 » Sat Sep 29th, 2012 12:38

Hi everyone, my oil gauge rubber hose leaks something
Fierce. Where do I find a replacement? Looks
A lot like brake hose to me, but unsure about the
Fittings. Seems a small item to take to a hose shop
To get rebuilt, so if you know a replacement , that'd be greatl

Try an autoparts store ... NAPA may have something that will work and if not most of them can make one up. Just take the old one so they know what the fittings need to be. Otherwise ... eBay ... or one of the MOPAR after-market folks.

NAPA may have something that will work.

I brought the hose to napa, but they had nothing, of course it depends on if you have an old guy there who knows enough inventory in his head to remember something that may be a fit..
