Locked parking brake

Post by Cokeboy5 » Sat Mar 21st, 2015 8:41

I am a new owner of a 49' special deluxe. Installed new wheel cylinders. My problem is the parking brake is froze and won't disengage when I release the lever. It there some type of return spring I may be missing? I can shove it back from underneath, so I think I am missing a part

eBay has these from time to time. I may have one on a transmission sitting in storage but not where I'm at at the moment.
