I am going to an alternator.......
Bought a new regulator. Have spent about 20 hrs and 100+ dollars trying to get a working charging system........

The generator tested good to my surprise, regulator tested bad. Now I need a regulator!

Will most any 6v positive ground regulator work on my stock Lucille?

Don't know how I missed your offer but thank you!
I am soon going to pull off the generator and regulator and drop them off at a local garage who I trust for testing.
Debating now a 12v conversion, another generator or a 6v alternator.

We are going to keep fighting Gerry. Was at the bank today and talked to the tax lady too. The tax lady says if we can do a 10% payment every six months on arrears and stay current with taxes we will stay out of foreclosure.... Wow 12K a year in real estate taxes for 5 years sounds fun......... LOL ...
