My car was changed over to 12 volts when I bought it, the only thing not working besides the radio now is the fuel gauge. I am a new owner of a 49' special deluxe. Installed new wheel cylinders. My problem is the parking brake is froze and won't disengage when I release the lever. It there some type of return spring I may be missing? I can shove it back from underneath, so I think I am missing a part
